The following policies have been established to allow us to operate in a consistent and efficient manner.
Your familiarity with these policies is important and will help ensure a very memorable experience.
Try to arrive 15 minutes early if you can so that you can get comfortable and we can start on time. If you
are late to your session, we will do the best we can in the time that you have remaining.
Your session payment is non-refundable and must be paid in full before your session. If you cannot make your
scheduled session time, we will gladly reschedule for a later date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
American Express, and Paypal. Payment for additional products ordered must be paid in full before the product is ordered. Due to the nature of the these products, no refund will be given unless the product is
Cancellation / Rescheduling
We require 2 business days notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your session. You are
welcome to reschedule your session at a later date.
Viewing Images from your session
A single session reveal will be scheduled for viewing your photographs. The purpose of the session reveal
is to choose your matted prints and digital files (according to your selected collection) and to make any
additional product purchases. Please plan to bring all the people involved in this decision. We will be there
to guide you through the process and help with questions and make suggestions. We ask that all of your
order decisions are made during this review time. Because review appointments must be prepared for in
advance by our staff, 24 hours notice is requested to cancel or reschedule your review. Images will not be
posted anywhere online until after the session reveal. Only images selected during the session reveal will be
Image File Archives
Image files are kept on our systems for sure for 90 days to allow ample time to make your selections and
complete your purchases. While we may store files for longer than that sometimes, it’s not guaranteed
after the 90 period. Please plan on making all of your selections at your reveal session.
Number of Images
The number of images you receive is in accordance with your selected collection. We do not guarantee
how many images there will be to choose from, however there are usually 20-30 from each session.
The studio is open Monday through Thursday, 9am – 5pm. Friday’s from 9am – 4pm and Saturdays by
appointment only. Pre-session Consultation and Design meetings take place at any time between 9 am and 5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Receiving your final portraits
Your final photo products will be delivered by hand or shipped directly to you after your payment has
processed fully and the product has been created.
